Good catch @anadermi. I don't think it would be sized UK and priced in USD ($), but I could be wrong. Also my wife could wear a 10.5 to 13 though if properly fitted, she would wear an 11B. Problem is when you have big narrow feet, more often than not you would sacrifice fit for style. Probably not the same problem for someone in the 6/7 range.

When I saw this picture I thought size 6 seemed small. I was thinking she looked like a 7-8. All shoes are different, could be a very large 6. Doesn’t really matter though, her feet are hot regardless of the size.
