When I look at the guild guidelines here for comment approval, I see the same thing as on wF. I even seem to recall chatting with another guild member a while back who said in practice more leniency tends to be shown here, but not because the rules are actually different, and generally we do want the same guidelines followed.
And just personally, this site having sexual content doesn't make me any more interested in reading other users' fantasies. If there's some unofficial consensus, in lieu of any separate official guidelines, I have no problem abstaining from either approving or rejecting these kinds of comments.
