No, C section is vertical, from the belly button down towards the vagina. But this scar runs horizontally from left to right just above the panty elastic, looks like a tight underwear mark. freaking me out, no information on google either! In HD it's clearer.

EDIT:: Sorry Checked about 'Caesarean sections' turns out they do it horizontally as well. I did NOT know that. Thanks.
