2017-07-27 16:53:44 Actually, her father has been VERY supportive (at least according to her wikipedia page). As far as I am aware, she's not breaking the law and has never even accused of doing anything illegal. Based on her advocacy and clear intelligence, I can say that if she were my daughter I would be truly proud of her. It's a shame that honest, legal work can still subject someone to judgement and shaming.

Sounds closer to what you are attempting to do since I didn't even bring up the subject of morality. That said, I do not consider what she does in her line of work to be any more or less moral than the audience who consumes it (or the people who comment on her in forums such as this). I am aware that she has used her position in the industry to advocate for those who have been bullied and shamed online by people such as yourself. That is worthy of admiration and that is the reason why I said that if she were my daughter I would be very proud of her.

Believe it or not there are people that do this because they want to, and not because they need money. If Carter Cruz were my daughter, I would be proud of her not because of the job that she does, but because of the person that she is. I don't know if it's true that 99% of those women who are in the porn industry "Don't have a happy ending," but to the extent to which I'm willing to grant you that, I would attribute that to shame and stigma (and also to sexism within the industry). This "slut shaming" nonsense has to end!
